Built with TMI.js and vanilla web technologies, this OBS browser source overlay enables streamers to give dynamic, media-rich shout-outs via chat commands. When triggered (e.g., !so @username), it fetches and plays a popular clip from the mentioned user's channel, falling back to their profile image if no clips exist. The tool features extensive customization through URL parameters, allowing for automatic raid shout-outs, custom chat responses, visual theming, and moderator controls to stop or replay clips. It operates entirely client-side, requiring no backend database, and integrates seamlessly with Twitch chat for real-time interaction.
